Travel to the FPGA 2018 Venue

Passports and Visas

ALL travelers need a passport to enter the USA, including Canadians and Americans.
Many people living outside of the USA also need a visa for entry issued by the USA embassy. Please check whether you need a visa to enter the USA and arrange it as soon as possible because it may take a significant amount of time to get.
To obtain a letter for a visa application, contact ACM headquarters at supportletters@acm.org. Include your name, mailing address, and fax number or email. Specify that the name of the conference you are attending is "FPGA 2018". Authors of papers/posters should also include the title. Attendees who are not authors should also include a registration confirmation number. Further information is available here: http://www.acm.org/sigs/volunteer_resources/conference_manual/visas.

If you need other documentation that ACM cannot help with, you may contact programchair@isfpga.org.
All travelers entering the United States under the Visa Waiver Program must have an approved Travel Authorization which must be completed before taking their flight to the USA. Please see the ESTA Travel Authorization Application web page: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/
